As a result of the recently announced deal between BT and Vodafone, we will be moving you to a Vodafone package which will give you even better value. This will take place on a phased basis. For those customers in the next phase a letter has been sent on 6th November 09 detailing your existing BT package and letting you know about the Vodafone At Home package Vodafone are planning to move you to.
If you are happy with the proposed new plan you don't have to do anything. To make sure you can take full advantage of the benefits, the package pricing will be backdated to your final BT bill date. If you decide not to stay with Vodafone please let us know on 1904 within 30 days and we will arrange to cease your account without penalty as soon as possible.
