What personal information does BT obtain about me, and when?
If you participate in the interactive features of our website (e.g. contests, promotions or services that require registration or subscription, such as chat or email, we may ask you for information such as your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address. Does BT disclose information about me to anyone else?
We sometimes use other companies to provide some of our services or to provide services to us. To enable them to do this, we may need to let them process your personal information. For how long does BT keep personal information?

We will confirm your request within 21 days of receipt, and process your request within 40 days of receipt. If the information we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will make the necessary amendments and confirm that these have been made within 40 days of receipt of your request.

How does BT protect personal information about me?
