BT back in the High Street in Enniskillen

BT today unveiled its latest exciting new store in the Erneside Shopping Centre offering customers in the Enniskillen area a unique and innovative shopping experience.

The arrival of the BT shop will bring many benefits as it allows shoppers to check out the latest special offers, and experience first hand, the wide range of the products and services BT has to offer, such as Broadband, phone packages, digital TV and much more.

Peter Morris, BT Director of Consumer and Corporate Services commented, “Since the opening of our BT stores in Belfast’s Castlecourt Shopping Centre and Derry’s Richmond Centre, we have received great feedback from both customers and our own teams. Customers found the face to face contact and in store demonstrations really useful and we were eager to extend this offering to Enniskillen“

“The Enniskillen area is very important for BT and forms a significant part of our continuing development. We want to provide all of our customers in the area with a high level of service and offer a range of innovative products to help make the most of home communications.”

The shop, which is unique to BT, has been designed specifically to demonstrate a wide range of BT products and services, and in addition, provides an opportunity for customers to discuss their own individual requirements in a relaxed environment.

Having a presence in the Erneside Shopping centre is just one of the many ways that BT is interacting with its existing and prospective customer base in Enniskillen. Through online help, phone support, advertising, and face to face contact, customers can be sure they will receive a high level of support across a wide range of broadband, phone and television products.

The new shopping experience puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of our activity and the BT team at the Erneside Centre is looking forward to meeting and engaging with customers on a one to one basis," explains Peter Morris.

The shop, which will be located on the main mall of the shopping centre, has been developed to meet customer demand and provide local access to products and information across the BT brand.
