BT Appoints Gareth McWilliams as Director of Customer Service

BT today announces the appointment of Gareth McWilliams as Director of Customer Service. In his new role Gareth will be responsible for driving the consistent delivery of an excellent high quality service experience for BT customers throughout Northern Ireland.

Gareth previously managed strategic outsourcing partners within BT. Prior to that he worked at NTL/Telewest as Customer Loyalty Director and as Sales Director at Cabletel. He started his career in Dun and Bradstreet, where he worked for 15 years. Gareth graduated from the University of Ulster with an MBA in 1986 Gareth currently lives in Holywood in Co. Down, enjoys scuba diving and is a keen MOTO GP enthusiast.
