BT Back in the High Street in Ballymena

BT today unveiled its latest exciting new store in the Fairhill Shopping Centre, offering customers in the Ballymena area a unique and innovative shopping experience.

The arrival of the BT shop will bring many benefits as it allows shoppers to check out the latest special offers, and experience first-hand the wide range of great value products and services BT has to offer, including broadband, calls packages, digital TV and much more.

Peter Morris, Consumer Director, BT, commented, 'Since the opening of our BT stores in Belfast's Castlecourt Shopping Centre and Derry's Richmond Centre, we have received great feedback from both customers and our own teams. Shoppers find the face to face contact and in store demonstrations really useful and, based on customer feedback, Ballymena was the natural choice of location for our latest store.'

The shop, which is unique to BT, has been designed specifically to demonstrate a wide range of BT products and services, and in addition, provides an opportunity for customers to discuss their own existing service, or individual requirements, in a relaxed environment.
